operators own fleets are depleted through maintenance
or busy flying programmes. |

IL-76
The IL 76 is based on a military aircraft design and can therefore operate in the toughest and most inhospitable conditions. Due to noise regulations, it is only available in Europe for humanitarian or Government sponsored flights.
The IL76's can operate on unpaved strips,
carry on-board handling equipment and/or loading ramps
and thereby dispense with the need for an established
airport handling infrastructure. |
Either aircraft type can be contracted through AirRep's global charter brokerage service along with many other freighters including small, ready-to-go turbo-props to the mighty An124-100.
